The cost of a home inspection is $300.00 plus G.S.T for a total of $315.00.
This includes the use of a thermal imaging camera during the inspection. Reduce the risk and make sure your home inspector uses thermal imaging technology.

With your home inspection you will receive the Home Report, a binder that includes your inspection results along with pages and pages of valuable information about your house. See a sample report page here.

Furthermore, you will also receive a pdf file loaded with images to serve as visual reminders of many items listed in the Home Report.
Methods of Payment
I accept cash or cheque, payable to Abrioux Home Inspections.
Payment is due upon completion of the home inspection. Report completed within 24 hours.
