Your home inspection will include an inspection of the following house systems:

ROOFING

STRUCTURE

ELECTRICAL

PLUMBING

HEATING

COOLING

EXTERIOR

INTERIOR, including ATTIC, BASEMENT, CRAWLSPACE

INSULATION (where visible)

With your home inspection, you will receive a detailed report of our findings.  You may call ANYTIME after your inspection as well, should you have any questions.  I will do my best to assist you.

Clients are encouraged to attend the home inspection.
